Subscription cancellations must occur before the next billing cycle

Early termination fees may apply if stated in writing

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own final deliverables. CS Pro Media Inc. retains ownership of underlying systems, templates, and methodologies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Third-Party Tools

We may integrate third-party software or services. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures from third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

CS Pro Media Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, downtime, or third-party failures.

9. SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting into SMS communications from CS Pro Media Inc., you agree to receive appointment reminders, service notifications, and promotional messages.
